You could use the question to get business feedback, or you could simply ask a trivia question. Regardless of the type of question you ask, be prepared to receive lots of responses. You might even get mail from people who are not on your list yet!

Make sure you offer support for your products or services.

You’ll find that technology use is easier for some of your customers, and that others struggle. Customers will really like the added feature of getting free technical assistance, should they ask for help. You could build your reputation up and become very popular, indeed. Your customers will tell their friends, and they will tell their friends, and so on and so forth. By offering free support for your products and services, customers see that you care about more than just how much money you make. This will increase your business.

Some people still have anxiety about shopping on the internet because they feel customer service will be lacking, or they might even get scammed. When you show that your business is one that gives people good and personal service, you can help them to overcome these fears.
